Context and purpose
The ILO–GIZ project "Greener economies with decent work for youth" commissioned evidence on green industrial transformation in two highly informal sectors.
CEI's role
CEI developed and applied a methodology combining Value Chain Development, Market Systems Analysis and the Just Transition framework.
